There is a lot of talk in America about racism and suicide. But almost no one talks about juvenile delinquents who get involved in colleges and universities. I have prepared anjuvenile delinquency essay about this in one of the sections on the student website. Read these journalistic articles. They are trying to convey the truth to society. Our children require help and understanding. Crimes will continue to happen until we intervene.
