Playing with animals is proven to reduce stress and anxiety. On Monday, May 6 from noon to 1:30 p.m., students will have the opportunity to play with a group of kittens inside the library. The fun continues on Tuesday, May 7, with therapy farm animals such as goats, chickens, bunnies and more, available from noon to 2 p.m outside the library. All students are welcome to come.
If petting adorable animals just isn't enough to destress, massages will also be available for all students. From 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. on May 6-8, full 20-minute massages will be available for $10. They will take place in room 534 in William H. Hannon Library.
Students can sign up for their massage using this link, or by calling (310) 338-3049 to make an appointment.
