We aim to collectively change the world one sweaty yoga class at a time. Modo Yoga is a form of yoga that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga. What makes your establishment unique: Anyone can make a sandwich or salad, but at Mendocino Farms we do things a little differently. To earn a spot on our menu, a sandwich or salad needs to remain approachable while offering something unique and craveable to set it apart from the norm.

Led by a fine dining chef, we have an entire culinary team that gathers inspiration from around the country and across the globe to create these “approachably adventurous” items on our menu. We do this in two ways; the first is to take fine-dining recipes and techniques and translate them into sandwich or salad form, masterfully layering nuanced flavors and varied textures to create something worthy of setting out on a white tablecloth. The second approach is to take tried-and-true sandwich and salad classics and elevate them with a unique and cheffy “Mendo” twist, incorporating the highest quality ingredients often sourced from respected local farms and food artisans to take these familiar dishes to the next level.

We constantly update our dynamic menu with the seasons, but since we are in the business of starting movements, not following trends, we don’t stop at simply innovating new items. Our Chef regularly revisits even our top fan favorites with fresh inspiration to see if we can push each culinary concept even further, and this is how some of our bestselling items have been born (and reborn).
